Have a small event or wedding that you need florals for? I would love to help! Beverly Blooms’ full floral service includes a thorough consultation and proposal process to make sure the floral designs for your event are personal and exactly what you want. This service also includes delivery and set up of all florals and decor, any on site creation required, transfer throughout the event (if applicable), and clean up. This option is perfect if you don’t want to worry about a thing the day of your event or wedding. Beverly Blooms will take care of all the flowers for you!

Here’s how it works!

Inquiry and Questionnaire

First, please send an initial inquiry by completing the Weddings & Events Questionnaire. This will allow me to learn more about your style, what you’re looking for, what you need, and more for your special event. I will also confirm Beverly Blooms’ availability for your date(s).

Consultation

Once a completed questionnaire is received, I will be in touch via email to discuss your answers and schedule a consultation. Here’s what we’ll talk about:

  • More about the full vision for your event or wedding - additional details about the aesthetic, style, colors, etc

  • Specifics on what floral pieces and elements you want included in your event

  • My initial thoughts on design plans - specific pieces, flowers, etc

  • Budget and pricing

Proposal, Quote, & Confirmation

After our consultation, I will send you an initial design proposal and quote for you to review. There is a $500 non-refundable payment due at this point to lock your date.

If everything looks good and is as discussed, I will send you a final design proposal and contract to sign. Remaining payment is due a minimum of 4 weeks before the event date. Once the signed contract and payment are received you are all set, and we will take care of the rest! 

Note: your order can be changed as much as you’d like up until 4 weeks before the event date.
